Bailey Adams Williams
Owner - Choreographer - Instructor - Dynamic Instructor
Bailey has been dancing for 33 years. She began her instruction at Dance Unlimited, Inc., in Charleston, South Carolina, under the instruction of Jean Louisa Steele. She was then transferred to Slidell, Louisiana, where she studied under Heather Loyacano at Creative Dance. From there, she traveled to Chesapeake, Virginia to study under Jean Faulkner at Unlimited Dance, Inc. After four years of training at Unlimited Dance, Inc., she began to instruct her own classes and taught for another five years, until purchasing Unlimited Dance, Inc., in July of 2006.
Bailey has received many awards throughout her dancing career. Additionally, she has been invited to perform at the hula bowl half time show, numerous times, the Super Dome in New Orleans, the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, and the tour with Dance Caravan as a "Caravan Kid".
She has completed and taken master classes at many conventions/competitions on the East Coast, and has also traveled to Los Angeles to audition for the Laker Girls. Bailey has started coaching and choreographing for the Old Dominion University Dance Team just this year.. Bailey is married to Jamie Williams and they reside in Chesapeake, Virginia, with their sons: Tate and Turner, and daughter, Tenley.
Bethany Adams Dail
Choreographer - Instructor - Dynamic Instructor
Bethany has been dancing for 31 years. She too began her instruction at Dance Unlimited, Inc., in Charleston, South Carolina, under the instruction of Jean Louisa Steele. She was then transferred to Slidell, Louisiana, where she studied under Heather Loyacano at Creative Dance. From there, she traveled to Chesapeake, Virginia to study under Jean Faulkner at Unlimited Dance, Inc. Bethany started teaching for Billie Jean during her junior year of high school in 2003. She assisted many classes before that. Bethany is the younger sister of Bailey and is still teaching under her ownership.
Bethany has received many awards throughout her dancing career. She has been invited to tour with Dance Caravan as a "Caravan Kid", she won a scholarship through the Hollywood Vibe Dance Convention, and she has earned many awards competing in in numerous dance competitions as a child and teen.
Bethany has competed in many pageants, including the Miss Hickory Pageant in 2002-2003 and 2003-2004, where she placed third runner-up. She has taken master classes at many conventions/competitions on the East Coast. Bethany has started coaching and choreographing for the Old Dominion University Dance Team just this year..She currently resides in Chesapeake, Virginia, with her husband Kyle Dail, and their two sons: Harper and Levi.

Heather has 27 years' experience teaching dance and has owned and operated her own dance studio. She graduated from the Governor's Magnet School for the Arts in Dance after four years of study and received her Bachelor's of Arts degree in Dance from Old Dominion University. She has trained and performed with Tidewater Ballet Association, now known as Virginia Ballet Theatre, and has studied under professionals such as: Lorraine Graves, Dance Theatre of Harlem; Patricia Sorrell, National Ballet Company; Glen White, Ballet Master Joffery Ballet; Michael Barriskill, "Cats" on Broadway; Elbert Watson, Alvin Ailey Dance Theater; Beverly Cordova Duane, Second Wind Dance Company; and Todd Rosenlieb, Erick Hawkins Dance Company to name a few. Heather has participated in such productions as: A Midsummer Night's Dream, The Nutcracker, Steamed Heat, and has also performed with the Virginia Opera in Romeo and Juliette. Although Heather thoroughly enjoys performing, her true love for dance is teaching the art form. She wishes to educate all those who are interested in the art of Dance. Heather currently resides in Moyock, North Carolina with her son.
Eryn Cotton Mattox
Choreographer - Instructor - Special Needs Instructor
Eryn has been dancing for about 20 years. Eryn started her dancing career at the age of two, although she did not start committing herself to dancing until the age of eight. She began taking classes from Unlimited Dance under the direction of Bille Jean Faulkner. In 2007, Eryn joined the competitive dance team at Unlimited Dance and continued there until the age of seventeen. Throughout high school, Eryn was also a member of the RockCats dance team at Great Bridge High School. She performed at pep rallies, basketball games, and football games. She was the captain of the team for three years in a row. Eryn also competed in the Miss Great Bridge Pageant her junior and senior years, where she placed second runner up.
Eryn has performed at many dance competitions on the East Coast. Eryn competed and performed in Disney World in Orlando, Florida for the Hollywood Vibe National Dance Competition and Convention in 2009. In 2009, Eryn attended a summer intensive at the Todd Rosinlieb School of Dance, and has also attended several classes at the Richmond Ballet. Eryn has taken many Master Classes and Conventions all along the East Coast as well.
Eryn also dedicates much of her time to the Special Olympics of Virginia, starting in 2014. Eryn volunteers her time between the months of September and December to the Special Olympics of Virginia in partnership with the Chesapeake Sheriff's Department where she choreographs for athletes and their partners in their annual "Dancing with the Athletes" event.
Eryn has completed her Bachelor's of Science degree, majoring in Psychology, her special education teaching license, and is currently working on her Masters of Science in Education. Eryn enjoys combining her love for dance and special education, and 2017, Eryn started Unlimited Dance's first special needs dance program. Eryn is now living in Chesapeake with her husband, Brad Mattox, zoo of pets, and their son, Wyatt.
Owner - Office Manager
Suzanne's love for dance came about when her daughter started with Unlimited Dance in the year 2000. She became co-owner of the studio in 2011. Suzanne has over 30 years of experience managing and operating several different businesses over that time period. She's a proud mother of two college graduates: Erin, which resides in South Carolina and David, who resides in Los Angeles.
